Even better, three athletes from our 800 group have already dipped under 52.5, which is a huge early-season indicator. One of our goals this year is to build a 4x400 squad where every leg is sub-50, targeting a sub-3:17 relay. We enter the season with three athletes already under 50 and are actively looking for that fourth leg. There’s a very re
